A two-storey cottage in Pärnu city up to 8 people. The cottage is located in the villa area by the sea. It is ca 1 km to a smaller bathing beach. The large beach is located 4.5 km away. Ca 3 km to the city centre. Very good bus connections to the city (bus stop directly in front of the house). The nearest food store about 60 m away.
On the house’s ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, 1 sleeping room, a shower room, WC, balcony. From the balcony one get directly to the backyard, where there is a possibility for barbecue and garden furniture.
The garden is closed.
On the first floor there are 3 separate rooms.
In total there are 2+6 bed places: a wide double bed, 3 sofa beds, a camp bed.
